The company occupies an area of 200 thousand square meters, with a planning investment of 0.7 billion yuan, and a planning construction area is 64 thousand square meters. Phase-I project invested 0.12 billion yuan, the construction area is 26 thousand square meters, building with four domestic top continuous hot-dip galvanizing band steel production lines, two 4 cold-rolled production lines and one cold-rolled strip production line composed by two four-high reversing mills, producing high-quality galvanized steel 150 thousand tons per year.

These production lines adopt Siemens top PLC system and AGC system, and the electric control equipment could control network by the connection of ProfiBus, could implement real time monitoring on various process parameters and precisely adjust and control it, meanwhile, adapting to the control system. The other systems are all with the latest equipment, technology and material. Especially the zinc pot system using the most advanced heating and coating material which significantly reduce the cost when accurately control the temperature.
